This role has come at a time of exciting growth for them and the HR Director is really excited to be bringing this person on board as their "right hand" person!

They are an extremely passionate and people focused business and the ethos of the HR team is what feeds through to the rest of the organisation - so finding the right person for this role is really crucial.

We are looking for a "visible" HR BP, that has a genuine passion for people, with a commercial approach and the ability to get the balance right between the business needs and people wellness. The Managers within the business need alot of hand holding at times and we are looking for someone who is a true Business Partner and understands how to nurture those relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Managers with all aspects of HR
  • Managing the ATS and supporting with recruitment
  • HR Project work
  • Create and implement new processes, policies and procedures that contributes to the ongoing success of the business
  • Partner with business leaders to develop strategic workforce plans that meet current and future business needs
  • Lead and support complex organisational transformations, including the management of TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy consultations where necessary
  • Become a champion in everything people, culture and wellbeing
  • Support Managers to handle grievances
  • Deliver workshops to Managers as needed, to enhance their capability to effectively manage employee relations issues in their teams
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
