OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator / Office Manager to join our client based in Hatfield on a Temporary basis for a period of months.
We are looking for an highly competent IT user, who is confident, organised, strong attention to detail and "can do" attitude!
Duties of an Administrator / Office Manager:
- Oversee the smooth running of the office
- Front of house reception, greet visitors and manage inbox
- Provide a small amount of admin support to the CEO
- Admin support for meetings, taking minutes and making refreshments
- Support induction staff
- Coordinate internal staff meetings and communications
- Day to day contact and escalation point for IT managed services provider
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience of office management
- Strong administration background
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Packages
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Facilities management is desirable (H&S)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Available to start ASAP
