PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR - Full time, Hybrid 1 day in the office, 4 days working from home

Our client is an award winning company and a leader in their field. They have grown from strength to strength over the years partly because of how well they nurture, retain and grow their staff. Due to an internal promotion, they have an exciting and rarely available opportunity for a Property Management Team Administrator to join their team at their new offices based in Hatfield.

Duties include

  • Acting first point of contact to contractors and leaseholders
  • Dealing with complaints, queries and faults
  • Liaising with Maintenance contractors to co-ordinate and facilitate site attendance
  • Dealing with enquiries via emails and responding within a set time frame to work within company compliance policy
  • Providing full administrative support to a team of Property Managers
  • Liaising internally and externally at all levels
  • Co-ordinating and liaising with the Accounts team
  • Arranging keys and/or fobs for tenants.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide cover for absent members of staff as required.
  • Set up supplier records.
  • Ensure suppliers have relevant and up-to-date insurances and risk assessments, method statements etc.
  • Updating the database
  • Providing keys to contractors.
  • Leaseholder communication.
  • Scanning, filing, archiving and any other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Person Skills

  • A friendly and proactive Team player
  • Ability to prioritise a varied work load
  • Good organisational skills
  • Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Attention to details and high levels of accuracy
