We are looking for a Temporary PA / Administrator with good Customer Service and note-taking competency/experience. The assignment will run for 6-8 weeks to start ASAP. This is a four-day-per-week assignment working Monday - Thursday.
The Role

- 9am - 5pm

Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage front-of-house enquiry desk
- Provide Customer Service
- Sign post queries
- Manage busy email in-box
- Raise PO numbers
- Minute taking in lengthy meetings
- Prepare notes for circulation
- Use in house database
- Provide administrative support for projects and senior staff.
- Organise meetings, including agenda and minute preparation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in administration
- experience taking minutes / note taking
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good database skills
- Good IT Skills
