On behalf of our Client, we are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Technician to join their quality team. This critical role requires exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining standards. The successful Quality Technician will support the quality team by preventing non-conforming products from reaching customers, utilising various inspection techniques, and working comfortably with a broad range of parts.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Quality Technician:

  • Conduct inspections ensuring compliance with drawings and documentation.
  • Manage and maintain the calibration system, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements.
  • Log and monitor the Non-Conformance (NC) and Return Material Authorisation (RMA) processes, including raising quality alerts, quarantining, and, if required, scrapping parts.
  • Actively contribute to and support root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions.

 

As a Quality Technician, your Experience would include:

  • Having worked within a Quality role prior (either junior or experienced).
  • Knowledge of ISO9001.
  • Familiarity with the use of basic inspection equipment and an understanding of technical drawings.
  • Experience with machined parts and associated processes.
