The Estate Agent Role
As an Estate Agent, you will primarily support the Clinical and Property leads while taking responsibility for:
- Conducting consultations to understand accommodation needs.
- Researching property markets, Zoopla and Rightmove
- Assess potential homes for suitability, and liaising with other estate agents, consultants, and developers
- Liaise with clients over the phone and email response
- Arranging and attending property viewings to evaluate suitability for clients
- Negotiating adaptation work and reinstatements with landlords
- Handling tenancy or purchase negotiations and managing case notes and updates
- Producing detailed progress reports and market reviews
The Estate Agent
The ideal candidate will:
- Have significant experience as an Estate Agent
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Programs
- Be self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Driving license and own vehicle
In Return?
- Competitive salary: 30,000 - 35,000
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (office-based)
