Product Support Specialist
Location: Hatfield
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
 
We're looking for a Product Support Specialist to manage technical support internally and externally. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the construction, plumbing, or heating industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Provide product support to internal teams and customers
·Conduct technical training sessions
·Assist sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and content creation
·Ensure product compliance with industry standards
·Manage faulty product issues and oversee returns validation
·Work with the Innovation team on new product development
·Collect feedback for product improvement
·Support patent and design rights applications
 
What You'll Need:
·Experience in construction, plumbing, or heating (preferred)
·Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
·Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
·Technical accuracy and attention to detail
·A proactive, strategic mindset
·Full UK driving license
