Nespresso Workshop Engineer (Open to Graduates)

Location: Hatfield based, AL9 5JN
Salary: £26K - £30k per annum DOE + Benefits
Contract: Full time, Permanent

With more than 30 years' experience and over 130 employees throughout the UK and Ireland, Mulmar is a leader in the supply and maintenance of some of the world's finest espresso coffee machines in offices, high street coffee shops, restaurants, airports, hotels and food retailers.

We are now recruiting for a Workshop Engineer to assume responsibility for the refurbishment of commercial coffee machines to working standard and undertaking planned maintenance schedules.

We are open to accepting applications from candidates who are both experienced or recent graduates ready to begin a full training programme with us.

As our Workshop Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting repairs on faulty machines - diagnosing operational faults, repairing / replacing parts.
  • Carrying out routine / planned maintenance on coffee machines.
  • Ensuring machines brought back into service are operationally and cosmetically fit for purpose.
  • Completing job sheets / histories for each machine.
  • Managing incoming / outgoing stock / spare parts movements in the workshop and updating our stock management system.
  • Providing customer support for the Nespresso range of machines.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

  • Electrical / electronic qualification.
  • Experience in maintaining electro-mechanical equipment or alternatively, we are willing to consider a graduate in an electrical discipline looking for their first role.
  • Fault finding diagnosis skills.
  • Basic computing skills.
