Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) OTE
Location: Brookmans Park 
Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 4:30pm

SKILLS REQUIRED


·Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry 
·Background in B2B sales

·Highly organised and good attention to detail
·Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.   
·Excellent communication skills
·UK Driving Licence
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·Using provided resources and own initiative to bring on qualified enquiries
·Researching contacts, companies, and products
·Create value with clients and fully understand requirements
·Providing support to consultants and generate leads
·Consistently up to date with market change
·Using sales process to maximise conversion rate
