Key Account Executive

OA are currently working with a well-established, leading organisation within Soft Furnishings & Textiles and are currently looking to recruit an Key Account Executive to support their customers and Key Accounts in the Retail sector.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm (early finish on Friday)
  • £25,000 - £30,000 per year
  • 21 Days holiday + bank holiday
  • Free on-site parking

Key Account Executive - Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Key Accounts (retailers), managing needs relating to their orders
  • Using various customer portals to update order process
  • Processing written and verbal orders
  • Preparing sales documents
  • Handling a variety of queries from customers and suppliers
  • Finding solutions for retailer if there are any issues
  • Liaising and coordinating with suppliers and carriers
  • Creating customs declarations
  • Communicating with different internal departments, including the Warehouse team

Key Account Executive – Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous office experience with confident telephone skills
  • Experience in coordinating something from start to finish (customer orders, projects, account coordination, etc)
  • Good administration skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and emails
  • Comfortable going into warehouse (taking documents, helping with samples, etc)
