We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education (PE) Teacher to inspire and engage students in a variety of physical activities, from traditional sports to fitness and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will be motivated, creative, and committed to fostering a positive, inclusive environment where every student feels encouraged to participate and excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons that meet the needs and abilities of students.
  • Promote physical fitness, health education, and active lifestyles within the school community.
  • Encourage teamwork, leadership, and fair play both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Support students in developing physical skills, confidence, and a love for physical activity.
  • Organize and participate in extracurricular sports programs and school events.
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support students' development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified PE teacher with a recognized teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of physical education and sport.
  • Experience teaching a range of age groups (primary/secondary, depending on school level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for promoting an active, healthy lifestyle.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Desirable:

  • Experience in coaching or leading extracurricular sports teams.
  • Knowledge of current PE curriculum and assessment frameworks.
