Veritas Education are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Psychology Teacher (Head of department) on behalf of a secondary school partner based in Hatfield Hertfordshire. This is starting as soon as possible on a long-term basis. The school is an excellent school where staff and pupils work collaboratively to make sure there is an inclusive learning environment for all.

It is required for the applicant to have an in depth understanding of the curriculum and has a creative outlook around the learning and planning of sessions.

You will be required to complete the planning, delivering and marking of your lesson's accordance to the high academic requirements of the students.

  • Ideally has QTS.
  • Experience teaching Psychology
  • High level of subject knowledge
  • Experience with planning lessons and marking
  • Strong classroom presence and understanding of behaviour management.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate attitude to teaching.
