What You'll Do:
- Provide support and guidance to individuals and families seeking temporary housing.
- Build meaningful relationships with tenants, and service providers.
- Ensure that housing solutions meet the needs of those in challenging circumstances.
- Provide advice on tenancies and ensure that tenants meet their responsibilities.
- Liaise with various other teams including rent arrears and ASB.
