Therapeutic Support Worker Responsibilities:
- Actively supporting and encouraging children to progress towards their full potential.
- Empowering and encouraging young people to develop life and independence skills.
- Ensuring detailed handovers and effective shift plans.
- Completing young people's paperwork accurately and reflectively.
- Maintaining the home's day-to-day operations, safety checks, and a warm, welcoming environment.
- Transporting young people to education, contact meetings, and activities.
- Promoting and representing the company ethos, values, and expectations consistently.
Person Specification:
- Kind, caring, professional, and understanding, even in challenging situations.
- Proactive and inventive, ensuring a personalized service for each young person.

- Ideally, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
