PA and Student Mobility Administrator
Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
Salary: £39,719 per annum (including London weighting)
Contract: 6 months Fixed Term / Full Time
Working pattern: Fully onsite to start with the view to transition to hybrid working

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to take on the dual role of PA and Student Mobility Administrator for at least six months. Reporting to the Director of International Engagement and Strategic Partnerships, you will support the delivery of the Global Engagement Strategy and manage student mobility operations. As the PA and Student Mobility Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management and email coordination
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drafting communications and supporting meetings
  • Arranging travel, events, and managing budgets
  • Managing academic exchange and study abroad programmes
  • Other administrative tasks as required

You will have experience in:

  • Executive support role within higher education or a similar sector
  • Diary and email management
  • Meeting secretariat and minute-taking
  • Use of Agresso
  • Managing mobility operations and Study Abroad/Exchange programmes
  • Supporting academic exchange
