Our client is seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join their team in Hatfield.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing service, diagnostic, and repair tasks with precision, focusing on mechanical and electronic issues.
Candidates must be certified to Level 3 in Motor Mechanics, with experience in a main dealership required, while EV training is an advantage.
The position offers a basic salary ranging from £34,500 to £40,500, along with benefits, and requires Monday to Friday work with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Our client is looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join their team in Hatfield.The successful candidate will be responsible for performing service, diagnostic, and repair tasks with precision and efficiency, focusing on diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electronic issues on the first attempt.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and services in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations
Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
Provide guidance to trainees and support colleagues with diagnostic expertise

Requirements:

Candidates certified to Level 3 in Motor Mechanics
EV trained is an advantage
Experience working in a main dealership is a must

The Package:

Basic salary £34,500-£40,500 + benefits
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-12pm
