Deputy Manager (RMN)

£45,760 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Days - Fully Supernumerary - 40 hour contract

 

This is a highly successful service that has been in operation since 1996; with long standing; dedicated and loyal staff to support you as a Deputy Manager here.

 

The group are a nationwide established specialist mental health and learning disability provider; the service is a 19 bedded specialist mental health service for working age adults with enduring mental health needs.

 

With unrivalled staffing ratio's as a Deputy Manager here you will be overseeing 2 nurses during the day, skilled support workers and be mentored by an exceptional service manager; a named nurse here will care for 9/10 service users and work on pretty impressive staffing ratio!

 

With a dedicated training centre and regional training team you will fulfil your CPD potential here as a Deputy Manager whilst working with content service users in a relaxed; modern and advanced service with the best technology on offer your role will include:

 

- Overseeing the efficiency of the unit

- Leading aan supporting the team adhering to the groups values

- Evaluating nursing interventions and risk assessmentss

- Monitoring care and quality alongside CQC standards

- Running MDT meetings

- Identifying training needs plus completing supervisions and appraisals

- Recruitment and retention of the team

- Assisting with a shared on call rota

- Resident and family liaison
