Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crewe
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Rate: £12.98 per hour
Key Duties
- Processing customer orders (Manual or EDI) in a timely and accurate manner
- Providing excellent customer service at all times, retaining good working relationships with all internal and external customers and suppliers
- Escalating issues with SMT accordingly, ensuring that all workload is managed effectively
- Resolving arising issues in a calm and professional manner, handling all queries effectively
- Demonstrating working knowledge of all products and services
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
- Processing despatches from 3PL’s with ERP accurately and on time
- Performing administrative work, including data entry, plotting graphs and extracting important data to make value added improvements
Key Skills Required
- Works with excellent customer service, professionalism with a calm approach
- Detail-oriented and problem solver
- Verbal and written communication Skills
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems
