Group Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Crewe
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Rate: £12.98 per hour
Key Duties
- Defining, implementing and managing a ‘proof of delivery’ process, to ensure that all goods supplied into Retail are receipted by customers
- Utilising various customer portals, and agreeing a process for challenge, significantly reducing quantity of claims
- Document via SOP’s, working with Supply Chain, Sales and Finance to maximise performance
- Supporting customer services with despatching
- Performing other administrative tasks for Supply Chain function.

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong numerical reasoning and data literacy
- Effective communication skills for liaising with partners and internal teams
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
