The role is varied with a mixture of technical and administration duties.Duties to include but not limited to:Administration - - Processing claims, raising shipping documents and shipping orders out.Technical- Learning about the product, strip down of products and understanding the issues and doing reports - The products will include hydraulic valves/motors.Role requirements:* Detailed experience of working within a similar position within customer service, production or a workshop, ideally supported by a relevant qualification or appropriate experience within mechanics or mechatronics* Working in an international environment * Stakeholder / Customer management skills * Enthusiasm to acquire knowledge about new technologies and products* Strong motivation, a passion for mechanics and problem-solving* Knowledge of hydraulics would be advantageous* Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.If you possess the key skills and meet the above requirements please apply - for further details you can contact Holly Saunders on:
