The ideal candidate will have a strong background of strategic asset managementand will be responsiblefor managing the overall health of the organisations asset infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the digital transformationof the organisation's asset infrastructure.
- Use asset information and analyticsto support business and asset decisions.
- Analyse the risks and performances of assets and how it will impact the long term operational success of the business.
- Complete understanding of the asset portfolioto optimise ROI.
- Integrate asset managementinto daily operations.
Key skills and requirements:
- Advanced level experience in developing and implementing asset management policy, standards, and specifications within a regulated sector.
- Proven experience of working in asset management leadership roles, managing multidisciplinary, highly technical teams in a complex environment.
- Expert understanding of whole life asset management principles and systems, including ISO 55000/55001 standards.
- Extensive knowledge of asset management systems and the latest developments in digital engineering technology.
- Experience presenting complex and technical asset management information to all levels of an organisation for stakeholder buy-in.
- Ability to apply a commercial approach and understanding aligned with meeting business plans.
- Proven experience in budget formulation, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Extensive knowledge of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) standards and principles.
This is a permanent full time opportunity, requiring you to be on site in Havant 2-3 days a week.
