A unique role where you will as an intermediary between the client and their supplier.

Duties

  • To have an excellent understanding of both supplier and client’s way of working, and to continually build on relationships
  • To have detailed knowledge of full product offering (Training will be provided)
  • To be up to date on all of supplier’s new innovations and then present them
  • To manage sample library.
  • Manage all new Product Development Briefs to ensure they are managed effectively
  • Develop a good working knowledge of all Global certifications and accreditations
  • Working alongside customer service team with their communication with and help to provide the information necessary to ensure their queries are answered and orders placed smoothly.
  • Offering Technical support to partners when any potential issues arise and ensuring all queries are answered in a timely manner.
  • To manage and monitor any required stock holdings or projections.
  • To report weekly on current order status and feedback to your Line Manager on potential issues and shortfalls.
  • To offer support to your Line Manager with any reporting and data analysis requests.

Skills and Knowledge

  • A good understanding of the design, buying, quality or merchandising process within fashion, garments or clothing industry
  • First class communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft excel and pivot tables.
  • Be confident with reporting and data analysis.
  • To be able to work autonomously and self-manage workload and priorities. 
  • To be able to work under pressure.
  • Full UK Driving Licence, occasional travel required (2/3 times per quarter)
