We are seeking an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager for a company based in Fareham (full-time, permanent role) to lead cleaning teams, ensure service quality, and maintain client relationships across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cleaning operations and ensure quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and audits.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring proper shift coverage.
- Serve as the main client contact and resolve issues.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Manage cleaning supplies and control costs.
- Report on site performance and audits.
- Support business development and client proposals.
- Visit all sites regularly.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel.
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning software.
- Flexible working hours and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
