We are seeking an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager for a company based in Fareham (full-time, permanent role) to lead cleaning teams, ensure service quality, and maintain client relationships across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cleaning operations and ensure quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring proper shift coverage.
  • Serve as the main client contact and resolve issues.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and control costs.
  • Report on site performance and audits.
  • Support business development and client proposals.
  • Visit all sites regularly.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel.
  • Proven experience in cleaning or facilities management.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning software.
  • Flexible working hours and knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting pay of £14/hour, negotiable higher pay based on experience.
  • Competitive salary package with potential bonuses.
  • Organise your own schedule (The business operates between 5.30 am - 7.45 pm)
