A great opportunity has arisen for a Groundworker to join a Housing Association on a permanent basis and the salary will be 34,000 per annum. This will be covering the Havant area. The successful Groundworker will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Groundworker Duties:

  • Install, repair, and maintain various types of fencing, including timber, metal, and concrete.
  • Carry out groundwork tasks such as post-setting, paving, drainage repairs, and concreting.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, assessing and addressing fencing and groundwork issues efficiently.


The Successful Groundworker will be required to:

  • Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
  • Carry out works allocated by appointments
  • Have a valid UK Driving Licence
