We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join a precision engineering company in the Portsmouth area due to a strong order book.
Candidates should have experience setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes, particularly with Siemens controls or similar.
The role involves working from engineering drawings to manufacture various components for the Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Underwater sectors.
The position offers a pay rate of £16 per hour, with overtime available at 1.5 times the regular rate.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, totaling 37 hours per week.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join a precision engineering company based in the Portsmouth area due to a healthy order book. They specialise in the subcontract manufacture of components and assemblies to the Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Underwater sectors.

Skills and Experience
Setting, operating and programming CNC lathes
Experience working with Siemens controls (or similar)
Working from engineering drawings to help in the manufacture of various components

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm, Friday 7.30am to 12.30 pm (37 hours)

Pay Rate
16 per hour
Overtime readily available at x1.5
