We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to first open and establish a team in a brand new store in Havant and then work closely with the Sales Manager to open the next couple of stores in what would become YOUR cluster area.Store number 2 should be opening in four months with another couple soon after that.

Previous management experience of working within a sales-driven environment and exceeding sales targets.

Your Working Week will be:

40.5 hours per week.

Working 2 out 3 of the weekend days which are Friday, Saturday and Sunday

What will you be responsible for?

Building an effective, customer-focused and sales driven team

Working with the Sales Manager in the recruitment of new team members, including interviewing candidates to establish new stores in your new cluster area.

Effectively communicating daily and weekly targets and KPIs to team members

Delivering feedback to team members regarding sales results

Ensuring the store is kept clean, neat, tidy and welcoming to customers

Leading by example by delivering exceptional service to all customers that visit the store

Professionally take on feedback from customers and report back to the Cluster Manager

Coach and develop team members to improve their performance

Ensuring all policies and procedures relating to Security, Health & Safety and GDPR are made visible, available and understood by staff to minimise risk to staff members and the business

Completing staff performance reviews, setting performance development plans and KPIS

Supporting the aims and ethos of the company, setting a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance.
