Job DetailsJob Title:School Liaison AdvisorDepartment:MarketingCampus:Havant Salary:Grade 4 Spine Point 14 - £27,349.68FTE (Actual salary: £25,640.33)Contract Type:Permanent / 37 hours per week / 42 weeks per yearAbout the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Schools Liaison Adviser to join our busy Marketing and Admissions team. This role will suit a creative and proactive individual who is a confident public speaker and happy to present to groups of between 20 to 250 students at a time.Responsibilities
  • To be the face and voice of HSDC, recruiting students through work with catchment schools. Build rapport and trust with the students to position HSDC as the first choice in Hampshire.
  • To co-ordinate and autonomously deliver all activities and initiatives with our local school stakeholders, ensuring effective co-ordination and innovative delivery of each activity.
  • To recruit students to HSDC in a creative, knowledgeable, and engaging style.Use key data to plan activities that will have a positive influence on market share and applications.
  • Confidently present to groups of 2 – 200 at a time, at the local schools, providing information and guidance about the whole HSDC offer.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools that maximise potential student recruitment.Utilise historical data to highlight trends in subjects, timings, specifications for each school in your area.
  • Capture key data on trends, demographics and competitors to influence the schools offer and creative delivery.
Requirements You will need:
  • Level 3 Qualification
  • GCSE (Or equivalent) in English at grade C or above
  • A full clean UK driving licence with access to a car. (Essential)
  • A Professional Qualification or professional development relevant to IAG and Marketing
  • Experience of working with young people and those who influence them
  • Experience of planning / delivering campaigns and events.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Further Education
