We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join a thriving and ambitious SME family run business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage diaries and inboxes for the sales team
  • Organise client meetings
  • Produce quotes and proposals, ensuring the sales pipeline is always up to date
  • Assist with hosting customer visits and follow up on meeting actions
  • Provide crucial support to the Business Development team, enabling them to focus on growth

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent phone skills and a natural rapport builder
  • Persistence and tenacity in following through on tasks
  • Proficiency in Office 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Team leadership qualities or experience is desirable
