The Production Operator is responsible for following standard operating procedures, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment, communicating effectively with team members and supervisors, and meeting production targets. They must also operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met, and participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.
