This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing services business based in Havant, known for its commitment to high standards, innovation, and delivering exceptional service.Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong compliance, and strategic financial planning to support the company's ongoing growth. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to influence and drive the business forward.What will the Finance Manager role involve?

  • Overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of monthly management accounts and annual financial accounts.
  • Managing cash flow, working capital, and ensuring the business maintains strong financial health.
  • Leading financial audits and collaborating with external auditors to ensure solid financial controls.
  • Ensuring timely and compliant tax filings while keeping up to date with relevant financial regulations.
  • Supporting business decision-making by providing clear financial analysis and reporting to senior management.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

  • Proven experience in a varied finance role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Either qualified (AC/CIMA/ACCA) Or qualified by experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with stakeholders across the business.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines during high-pressure reporting periods.
