The Role

Senior Estimator

My client are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to their pre-construction team.

You will be responsible for produce high-quality quotations and accurate costings for faade, roofing, and refurbishments with a value between 500 and 250,000.

Key tasks include site visits, preparing quotes, liaising with procurement and client relationship management.

Experience inestimating in the external envelope, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
