MOT Tester - Our client specialise in the service, maintenance and repair of all makes and models of vehicles and maintain the highest of standards. This site has an executive feel and environment, offering heated workshops, air conditioning, brand new equipment and modern working environment.

You will be a Team player willing to assist in the workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOT's.
The Job: MOT Tester / Mechanic
- Perform MOT tests on a range of vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Inspect vehicle components including brakes, lights, steering, and tyres for functionality and safety.
- Diagnose faults and recommend necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and ensure all paperwork is completed in accordance with regulations.
- Communicate findings clearly to customers, providing explanations of any issues discovered during testing.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while working in the workshop environment
Job Experience: MOT Tester / Mechanic
- MOT Licence is essential in securing this position
- NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or equivalent
- Confident with mechanical vehicle repairs
