Cleaner Supervisor- Havant, PO9

Working Hours are 2pm - 8pm Monday to Friday

The pay is 15.15 per hour

A cleaning supervisor is required in Havant. The candidate will be overseeing a team of X4 cleaners.

Job Duties will include:

Overseeing day to day cleaning operations whilst ensuring the safety of the delivery team.

Ensuring the cleaning is completed to the highest standard

Ensuring that team are working the required hours and delivering cleaning and waste activities as directed through proactive supervision and application of appropriate working practices. This should include the management of planned and unplanned absence

Work with the central FM helpdesk to ensure that any cleaning reactive request are completed within thee required service levels.

Work with team on core competencies and ensure that all team members are suitably trained to carry out relevant tasks and there sufficient depth to ensure continuity of service

Control stock of materials, consumables and chemicals and order as required, as well as ensuring that usage is in line with relevant assessments, cross contamination risk is managed and storage is appropriate

Proactively inspect equipment and machinery used by the cleaning and waste teams to ensure it is in safe working order as a relevant certification where relevant.

Applicants must be reliable and trustworthy, have a good at timekeeping and be personable and friendly when working around the public and customers. Plenty of cleaning experience and some supervising experience is essential

The role will be made permanent after a successful probation if all goes well
