Whether you're just getting started or you're ready to step up to more advanced technical challenges, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re looking for both 1st Line Support Analysts and 2nd Line Support Engineers to join a dynamic IT Managed Service Provider based in Havant.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle technical support issues for all reported IT issues, resolving tickets, providing top-tier customer service providing in-depth troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Support desktop and laptop users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Manage Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DHCP/DNS.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues such as Wi-Fi, VLANs, and VPNs, ensuring seamless connectivity for clients.
  • Work on advanced Microsoft 365 support, including Intune, Azure resources, and Teams telephony integration

  • Experience in IT support, a knack for troubleshooting, and excellent customer service.
  • Solid experience with Windows Server, networking, and Microsoft 365, plus the ability to handle more complex escalations.
  • A team player with great communication skills, ready to collaborate and share knowledge.
