Key Responsibilities:
* Support strategic vision to modernise Privileged Access Management within SSE, delivering enhancement controls and greater governance across the technology estate.
* Design and architect the CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions to meet the organisations key requirements and align with both solution and security best practices.
* Design and configuration experience across core CyberArk components including the SCA, DPA, Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, and related infrastructure.
* Establish and design policies and workflows for privileged account and session management using CyberArk.
* Configuration with external directory services such as Active Directory supporting SSO, RBAC and policy integration.
* Integration with audit and security tools such as SIEM, providing forensic reporting, logging, and traceability.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams, able to define suitable access models, separation of duties and policies that enhance and expand organisational adoption of CyberArk solutions.
* Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
* Conduct training and provide guidance on CyberArk usage and best practices.
* Understanding of Cloud platforms in particular AWS or Azure, the application of PAM concepts and integration with the CyberArk product suite.
What do you need?
* Proven experience leading implementation and maturity of the PAM landscape either as a CyberArk Architect, Support Engineer, or a similar role
* Familiarity with privileged access management concepts, policies, and best practices
* Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, concepts and implementation desirable.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* CyberArk certification desirable but not essential
* Good knowledge in Data security & Encryption
