The role will be reporting to the Resource Manager, your duties will include:
* Taking calls from our trade operatives, client and residents.
* Liaising with operatives and residents regarding booked appointments.
* Assisting with the allocation of work to operatives on a daily basis, including providing response work to ensure appointment times are met.
* Working effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
* Updating and maintaining the database with details of appointments and completed works.
* Ad hoc administration duties as and when required.
