Are you reliable, hands-on, and looking for a long-term opportunity with great pay and consistent hours? We're currently hiring a Metal Polisher to join one of our clients near Portsmouth. No previous experience is needed, but experience using a hand grinder or sander is a strong advantage.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Polish stainless-steel components to a clean, professional finish
- Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures
- Communicate with the Production Manager to stay on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform fettling, grinding, deburring, and polish out weld seams
What You'll Bring:
- A good work ethic and attention to detail
- Basic experience with hand tools or similar equipment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts on a 2-week pattern
- A positive, can-do attitude
