We’re on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join a growing Assembly Team in Havant. What You’ll Be Doing:Building flight hardware to IPC standards (PCA, module builds, harness work).
Assembling in-house cable assemblies and test jigs/boxes.
Working from build instructions and drawings in a cleanroom environment.
Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver high-quality work that makes a difference.
In-date IPC certification – essential!
Strong soldering and wiring skills.
A practical, hands-on mindset with keen attention to detail.
Experience in a cleanroom, assembly, or production environment.
Solid communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work under pressure using good old common sense!
37.25 hours per week, Monday–Friday (half day Friday!)
