As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Club Administrator to help us stay organised and ensure our operations run seamlessly.

The Role

As our Office Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing club memberships, supporting sponsorship contracts, and assisting with day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee club memberships, payments, and queries
  • Manage sponsorship contractual deliverables and ensure all obligations are met
  • Maintain and update management reports
  • Track and resolve aged debtors, keeping the Operations Manager informed
  • Provide accounts administration support
  • Handle general administration tasks, including booking and payment processing
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure seamless financial administration
