Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Salary: £18,000.00 to £20,000.00 per annum
Location: Havant, Hampshire

A well reputed secondary school in Havant, Hampshire is seeking to hire a full-time Cover Supervisor to provide class cover across various subjects for key stages 3 and 4.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in an educational setting or equivalent.
- Be an effective communicator when delivering instructions.
- Possess strong behavioural management skills.
- Be able to motivate students to reach their potential.
- Have a good level of general education.
Please note that experience in an educational setting may not be necessary if the candidate can display desirable skills that are transferrable, such as from a sporting background or other leadership positions. The main prerequisite is that one is confident speaking in front of large groups and carrying out behaviour management policies. Of course, there is support from senior leaders too. Graduates looking to train to teach are particularly desirable.
Although the school are seeking a full-time cover supervisor, part time applications may also be considered if a job share can be possible.
The school is located in the central Southampton area so is easily accessible on public transport.

- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
