As a Process Engineer, your mission is to deliver excellence through optimised processes and innovative engineering solutions. You will do this by leveraging your expertise to analyse, design, and implement improvements that streamline operations, reduce waste, and elevate product quality.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Run projects from start through to handover which includes but not limited to Layout preparation, equipment commissioning & compiling supporting documentation.
  • With the use of CIP & LEAN principles, actively identify ways to reduce production costs, improve efficiencies and yield.
  • Compile and manage supporting documentation for all new and existing equipment ie: SOP's, BOM's, PFMEA, ECR's, ECO’s, etc.
  • Proactive problem-solving support of reoccurring productions issues including downtime, performance and quality issues using various problem-solving techniques eg; 5Y's, Fishbone, 8D's, etc
  • You will provide day to day support to production leaders.
