My client is a leading D&B Main Contractor with projects across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. The business is a privately owned, well respected regional construction business whowork across a wide range of sectors including - Residential, Social Housing, Education, Sports & Leisure and Healthcare. They are now seeking a strong Project Manager to help deliver aLuxury Care Home in the Hampshire Region.
Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities
-To read, understand, convey and ensure the contract requirements / specifications of the project are met by all (including the design team).
-To ensure a contract programme is produced to deadline and complied with by Site Management during the works.
-To identify potential problems, mitigate the effects thereof, establish cause of delay and instigate recovery plan or extension of time notice.
-To maintain an excellent working relationship with clients, representatives and members of the public.
-To plan and manage the labour requirements on site in particular the organisation and appointment of sub-contractors.
To develop and improve staff
ProjectManager Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years Construction Manager experience
- Previous Main Contractor experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Keen eye for detail / quality standards
