Our client, an engineering firm based in Havant, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle of power projects.
The role requires a proven track record in Project Management, ideally with experience in engineering, and candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include creating project plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
The position offers a salary of £50,000 to £60,000, along with benefits such as 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and an industry-recognised Project Management qualification.

Our clients Engineering clients, based in Havant have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their growing team.

As aProject Manager, youll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring power projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and with customer satisfaction at the heart of every decision.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of project delivery, from initiation to closure.
Create detailed project plans, manage resources, and proactively address risks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to contract specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supply chain partners to achieve project goals.
Lead health, safety, and environmental compliance for all project activities.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.

Required skills & experience:

Our clients are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards. Youll need:

A proven track record in Project Management, ideally within an engineering or supervisory background.
Electrical Engineering experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Flexibility to travel as needed and a full UK driving licence.
An industry-recognised Project Management qualification.
