This administrative role supports the purchasing team and requires strong admin experience and good communication skills.
Main duties include resolving queries with the stores team and suppliers, preparing daily reports, raising supply chain requests, and providing admin support for buyers and the wider purchasing team.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:15 am to 4:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch, and Friday from 7:30 am to 11:30 am.
This is a 6-month contract position offering a salary of £13.70 per hour.
An immediate start is available for qualified candidates.

Main Duties

Resolving queries with stores team and suppliers
Preparation of daily reports
Raising supply chain requests
Admin support for buyers and wider purchasing team

Hours of work

Mon to Thurs – 7.15am – 4.00pm (30-minute lunch)
Fri - 7.30am – 11.30am

6-month contract

£13.70 Per hour
