Permanent People Rec2Rec, are working closely with a market leading professional services orientated recruitment business.

They are looking to grow and want to hire an experienced recruiter to join their small, collaborative team.

• Desk: A warm desk with 8 live jobs is ready for you. This desk will take over from someone who has built it up, so there is a unique opportunity to take on immediate business and receive in-person training.

• Business Development: While the company enjoys a high level of repeat business, you will need to engage in business development during quieter periods.

• Culture Fit: Our client values calm, professional, and personable individuals over aggressive sales tactics. They maintain a corporate yet friendly atmosphere.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: You should have a background in recruitment (open to sectors).

• Personality: The team is looking for someone who is professional, calm, and collaborative. Aggressive sales approaches are not part of their culture.

• Drive: Ability to work independently and use your initiative in a trust-based environment.

• Tools: The company uses the Firefish recruitment database.

• Team Dynamics: This is a family-friendly company, who all work closely with each other, so the mature environment would suit someone who thrives in this type of environment.

• Commission Structure: On offer is an uncapped commission structure without a threshold. For the first few months, you will earn 10% on all billings. Subsequently, commission is shared among the team to promote mutual support, even during slower months.
