Job details

I am seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the Electrical Manager and Team Coordinator in overseeing the daily operations of the electrical team. This role is critical in ensuring statutory compliance requirements are consistently met, as well as fulfilling the compliance obligations outlined in the client contract.

This is a full-time office-based role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate record
  • Managing and updating essential documents,
  • Tracking data to support various projects and tasks within the Electrical department.
  • You will utilise the company database and several Excel trackers designed to monitor and support key work streams.
  • Ensure processes are followed to provide accurate, timely data and support efficient workflows.
  • Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders across departments.
  • Address areas for improvement and support the team in achieving 100% compliance.
  • Oversee and maintain department trackers, ensuring data accuracy and consistency with client reports.
  • Assist with job creation in relevant systems and support data management for planned projects.
  • Generate monthly work stream reports, highlighting achievements and concerns.
  • Maintain organised department files and support service coordinators when needed.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Skills required

  • Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and confidential approach.
  • Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures, and adapt to internal systems and workflows.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in managing, reviewing, and manipulating complex data (Essential).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Solid understanding of electrical work within the industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
  • Commitment to driving continuous improvement in processes and team performance.
