Learning Support Assistant / Havant We are seeking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to join the dedicated team in a local Primary SEMH school.This inclusive specialist school in the Havant area of Portsmouth are seeking a driven and creative person who is passionate about playing a crucial role in supporting pupil learning. Experience of working with pupils with SEN is desirable but not essential. What is imperative is that you have high expectations, a sense of humour, a love of challenge and a determination to make a difference to the lives of our fantastic children.The school cater for primary aged pupils with a range of additional learning needs, each child has an EHCP. Each student needs the support of an SEN Learning Support Assistant to help guide them throughout the school day and provide them with a strong role model whom they can learn from.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your day-to-day duties will be rewarding and varied. You will work closely with the experienced Teachers and Specialists to support the children with their educational, emotional and social development.
