About the Role:
This is a varied and dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students within the Behaviour Unit, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop positive behaviours.
  • Responding to on-call requests across the school, providing immediate support to students in need.
  • Working one-on-one or in small groups with students requiring additional help, often those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs stemming from challenging personal circumstances.
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a nurturing and supportive environment for every student.
