Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:15pm
Contract Type: Full-Time (Permanent contract available after probation)

About the Role:
This is a varied and dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students within the Behaviour Unit, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop positive behaviours.
- Responding to on-call requests across the school, providing immediate support to students in need.
- Working one-on-one or in small groups with students requiring additional help, often those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs stemming from challenging personal circumstances.
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a nurturing and supportive environment for every student.

What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should be:
- Experienced in schools or bring transferable skills from roles such as youth work, support work, or mentoring.
- Resilient and adaptable, capable of staying calm in high-pressure situations.
- Passionate about education and committed to supporting students’ personal and academic growth.
- A strong communicator and team player.
