Location: Havant

GSL are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Teacher to join our special needs Secondary school in Havant. This school caters for boys aged 11-16 who have social, emotional and mental health difficulties as well as other complex needs.

Students’ needs are met in a small, nurturing environment with a highly differentiated curriculum. The school prioritises a wide range of extra-curricular activities designed to enhance wider learning opportunities.

There is a strong emphasis on practical subjects and enriching the curriculum through activities such as fishing, cycling, horse riding, sailing, visits to places of interest and numerous types of sporting activities, including fixtures and tournaments with other schools.

This school prioritises the wellbeing of the staff and students and work life balance is encouraged. They are looking for a proactive and friendly teacher to join their supportive team of staff.
